Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the quality engineering function
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of quality engineering projects
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
- Manage and optimize quality engineering resources, budgets, and timelines
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and develop a high performing quality engineering team
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in quality engineering, operations, manufacturing, with demonstrated strong interpersonal, leadership, and people management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, build effective working relationships, and drive organizational objectives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of successful project execution and delivery
- Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering)
- Experience with quality management systems and processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning
