- Lead the development and execution of customer-centric marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement.
- Set the strategic direction for customer marketing, aligning it with overall business objectives.
- Develop and manage the customer marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and customer events.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize campaign performance and track customer interactions.
- Lead and inspire a team of customer marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with creative services to develop compelling marketing collateral and assets.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Present marketing strategies and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
You Must Have
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Proven experience in managing large marketing budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred).
