You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our West Columbia Office in South Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the effectiveness and efficiency of customer experience programs, contributing to improved customer loyalty and business growth by ensuring that projects align with strategic goals and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations of the Dominion Energy South Carolina (DESC) Neighborhood Energy Efficiency Program (NEEP), ensuring program goals, customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and performance standards are achieved.
- Support Field Technicians by coordinating schedules, overseeing installations, conducting quality assurance inspections, and maintaining a strong safety culture.
- Manage program performance through production reporting, penetration rate tracking (70% target) within all DESC Energy Efficiency Target Cities, customer participation goals, audit reporting, and weekly client/leadership updates.
- Coordinate Low-to-Moderate Income (LMI) weatherization and energy efficiency projects, ensuring compliance with program requirements, documentation management, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 1 or more years of proven experience in program or project management within customer experience or related fields, demonstrating the ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Salesforce and Microsoft Office experience.
- Sales experience.
- Experience working in customer experience or program management roles within technology or energy efficiency sectors.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management software and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
