Honeywell Arts & Entertainment is hiring an Executive Housekeeper to support housekeeping operations at Charley Creek Inn by leading all guest room, public area, and laundry functions while ensuring exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout the property. This role serves as both a strategic and hands-on operational leader, supporting a consistently high-quality guest experience through strong team leadership, operational excellence, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include supervising and developing housekeeping team members, managing scheduling and staffing plans, conducting inspections and quality assurance reviews, overseeing inventory and supply management, and supporting departmental budgeting and cost control efforts. The Executive Housekeeper partners closely with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations, timely room readiness, and prompt resolution of guest and facility needs.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent required, with an associate or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred, along with 3–5 years of progressive housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
