Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in test engineering or related roles
- Understanding of test methodologies and tools
- Experience with test plan development, execution, and data analysis
- Familiarity with relevant testing software and hardware tools applicable to the product domain
- Advanced degrees in Engineering or related technical fields
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborative environments
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement processes
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under deadlines
