Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supplier quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Honeywell's quality standards.
- Work with a multi-functional team to disposition supplier parts discrepancies.
- Support supplier audits to assess supplier capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 1-3 years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a related role.
- Basic knowledge of quality engineering practices and methodologies.
- Familiarity with supplier quality tools such as root cause analysis, corrective action processes, and supplier audits.
- Experience with quality management systems and supplier quality metrics is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Internship or co-op experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality roles.
- Knowledge of industry quality standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and advanced product quality planning (APQP).
- Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
