What are the responsibilities and job description for the RF and Counter UAS Principal Systems Engineer position at Honeywell Aerospace?
Job Description
Join a team that designs, develops, and integrates advanced RF systems and Counter UAS systems for Honeywell Aerospace. You will be a key technical leader ensuring the successful definition, decomposition, validation, and verification of system requirements across the full product lifecycle. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high integrity solutions for gas turbine engine applications.
You will work across the Antenna Center of Excellence (ACOE) — part of the Electronic Solutions business—to support program execution, ensure technical rigor, and meet key customer and business milestones.
ACOE has two broad type of products, RF Systems and Counter UAS systems. As the Principal Systems Engineer, you will support both product types to guide a small team responsible for the requirements-based engineering of RF system functions and components. While providing direction and technical oversight, you will also contribute hands on to requirements generation, system architecture, interface definition, and V&V activities.
