Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead design, development, and delivery of complex software projects
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with senior management to provide technical input into strategic planning and decision-making
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 15 years of experience leading software development projects
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (C, C , OpenGL, Embedded Systems)
- Experience with software development tools, version control systems, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines
- Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or other advanced engineering degrees
- Excellent problem-solving capability
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning
