Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble components and subassemblies according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Inspect parts and assemblies for defects and report any issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies during assembly operations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality goals.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions is essential.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks safely.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in electronics or mechanical assembly is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
