Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for production equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment with at least 6 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance practices to optimize equipment reliability.
- Experience with maintenance management systems and safety compliance standards.
- Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- Experience leading and mentoring maintenance teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
