Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify and implement process improvements, utilizing your extensive knowledge of supply chain processes, from procurement to customer fulfillment.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects within the Integrated Supply Chain function
- Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6 years of experience in supply chain or supply chain project management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective information exchange.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on developing and empowering team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment.
- Strong project management skills and adept at balancing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment. PMP Certification preferred.

- Proven ability to solve complex problems related to supply chain management.
