- Supervise daily production activities and manage the production team to achieve operational goals.
- Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely completion of production targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety in the production process.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production methodologies.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
- Proficiency in using production management software and ERP systems.
- Ability to analyze production data and implement effective solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proven track record of achieving production targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
