In this role, you will impact the overall product quality and operational efficiency by identifying defects, ensuring compliance with specifications, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Document inspection results and report non-conformances to appropriate departments for corrective action.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve inspection processes.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in quality inspection within manufacturing or production environments.
- Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, quality standards, and measurement tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency with inspection equipment and quality management systems.
- Proficiency with operating and programming CMM.
- Software experience with LK-DMIS &/or PC-DMIS
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in quality assurance or related field.
- 3 years of experience in quality inspection or related roles.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO or AS9100 is a plus
- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing per ASME Y14.4, specifications, and quality documentation
- Utilized and programmed CMMs for quality inspections while actively supporting equipment maintenance, calibration, and preventive upkeep.
