Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components and systems according to specifications and blueprints.
- Perform quality inspections and functional tests on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain and troubleshoot assembly tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Extensive experience in mechanical assembly and production environments.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Experience with quality control procedures and troubleshooting mechanical assemblies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- 5 years of experience in mechanical assembly or related field.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
