Key Responsibilities
- Execute test plans and procedures to validate product functionality and performance
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define test requirements and specifications
- Document test results and report defects to facilitate timely resolution
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- Entry-level experience or internships in test engineering or related technical roles
- Basic understanding of test methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with data analysis and defect tracking software
- Knowledge of hardware and software testing principles applicable to product validation
- Advanced degrees in Engineering disciplines such as Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing or product development environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
