Oversee and direct operations and be part of overseeing and directing operations for world-class integrated supply chain projects. You will assess project issues and develop enhanced resolutions to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive and execute new initiatives
- Influence functional stakeholders
- Process optimization and improvement
- Support Integrated Supply Chain sites
- Work with the factory team support to manage risk
- Identify supply and demand miss-alignment within a 13-week window
- Lead projects that drive improvements within the materials and supply chain teams
- Monitor inventory levels of components required to support the schedule
- Perform data analysis and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Assist in resolution of component quality issues
YOU MUST HAVE
- Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
- 5 years of Manufacturing Operations or Supply Chain experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Some experience in project management
- Ability to lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others
- Mentor junior members or peers
- In depth experience and expertise with MRP/ERP Systems
