As a SR Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production output. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve manufacturing equipment and procedures.
You will report directly to our Manufacturing Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Greer, SC location on an On-site work schedule. (2 nd Shift) M - THU

- Support manufacturing processes by performing equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document and report manufacturing issues and resolutions to support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Perform complex assembly and testing of products according to work instructions and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the manufacturing process
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve manufacturing processes and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and testing processes

US Person Requirement
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments with strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure continuous production flow.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and quality control standards.
- Familiarity with manufacturing documentation and reporting tools to support operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance in a manufacturing setting.
- Associate’s degree or technical certification in manufacturing technology or related field.
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing technician role within a high-volume production environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Ability to adapt to changing production demands and work collaboratively in a team setting.
