The engineer will collaborate cross‑functionally to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost while supporting strategic business goals.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
- Experience with CAD (SolidWorks, Creo, or equivalent) and process simulation tools.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and work cross‑functionally.
- Understanding of GD&T, PFMEA, root cause tools, and process validation.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with automation systems, robotics, or advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Prior experience mentoring engineers or leading technical teams.
