The annual base salary range for this position in Washington is $159,000 - $199,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Responsibilities
- Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets while driving continuous improvement.
- Manage and develop a manufacturing team, including staffing, training, performance management, and clear communication of expectations.
- Ensure strict compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory requirements, using standard work, audits, and corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze production data (OEE, scrap, downtime, throughput) to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and support lean initiatives.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6 years of experience in production operations including 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports. Experience as a leader of leaders a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results.
