As a Senior Demand Planner here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing demand forecasting processes to support our manufacturing and supply chain operations. Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using advanced planning tools and data analysis.
- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to align demand plans with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct regular forecast reviews and adjust plans based on market trends, sales input, and inventory levels.
- Support the Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process by providing timely and accurate demand data.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy and supply chain efficiency.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience in demand planning or supply chain planning within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in demand planning software and advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and forecasting.
- Knowledge of Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes and supply chain optimization techniques.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent platforms.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in aerospace or related industries.
- Experience with demand planning tools such as RapidResponse, SAP APO, or Forecast Pro.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Certification in supply chain management (APICS CPIM, CPSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Servigistics within an aftermarket environment is preferred
