- Lead building of robust and scalable data pipelines, best-in-class data transformation strategies to ensure accuracy, integrity and trust in data.
- Lead and manage a team of data engineers, analysts and delivery leads, providing guidance, mentorship and support to deliver world class data & analytics products.
- Manage and lead stakeholders to determine program objectives and execute on deliverables, progress, risk/issue management, scope and timing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional data & analytics teams to identify and prioritize initiatives that are aligned to the strategic business roadmap.
- Drive and continuously enable data-driven decision-making through trusted and actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in Data, Analytics and AI, leading the team through key innovative projects to extend and evolve Honeywell’s Enterprise Data & Analytics capabilities.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 10 years of progressive experience in data, analytics and AI leadership roles.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate program status and insights to executives and partners; synthesize complex information into clear narratives and dashboards.
- Program Strategy & Roadmap: Define outcomes, OKRs, and multi‑release roadmaps for complex, multi‑team initiatives for Enterprise Data Warehouse.
- Delivery Leadership: Lead cross‑functional teams through the full lifecycle (discovery, planning, build, test, cutover, hypercare) using Agile/SAFe practices; drive integration testing and readiness across dependent systems.
- Governance & Financials: Establish program governance (cadence, decision forums, risk/issue management), own budgets/forecasts, and ensure clear scope control and change management.
- Dependencies & Risk: Identify and manage critical dependencies (tech, org, vendor), proactively mitigating risks to protect timelines and value.
- Value Realization: Define business case and success metrics (e.g., cycle time, adoption, sales velocity, revenue/MRR impact) and track benefits post‑launch.
- Standards & Compliance: Ensure architecture standards, cybersecurity, data privacy, and audit/compliance requirements are met across all releases.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive retrospectives and implement improvements to delivery processes, tooling, and operating models.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management, influencing skills.
- Experience in driving technology innovation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Hands‑on familiarity with enterprise data warehouse technologies (e.g., Snowflake, SAP HANA)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in ISC, CX, Finance, NPI domains.
- Certifications: PMP/PgMP, SAFe (SPC/RTE), Agile (PMI‑ACP/CSP) preferred.
- Leading distributed teams across US/India time zones.
- Ability to translate strategy into execution plans with clear dependencies, dates, and risk posture.
