Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage defense and space programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and implement program plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet program objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive program success and resolve issues.
- Monitor program performance, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with defense industry standards, regulations, and Honeywell program management policies.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to program management teams.
US PERSONS REQUIREMENT
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Extensive experience in program management within the defense and aerospace sectors.
- Strong knowledge of defense industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead large, complex programs and cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in risk management, resource allocation, and program performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with program management tools and software relevant to defense and aerospace projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience leading strategic defense and space programs in a global organization.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
