- Execute purchasing activities including supplier selection, order placement, and contract management in accordance with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services.
- Monitor procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.
- Support supplier performance evaluations and contribute to supplier relationship management.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Knowledge of buying strategies, supplier relations, and cost control
- Proficient in procurement software and tools (SAP)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or buying
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Continuous learning and self-development
