- Assist in the purchasing process including supplier selection, order placement, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery.
- Support procurement activities by maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to orders, delivery, and quality.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience or knowledge in procurement or supply chain support roles.
- Familiarity with purchasing processes and supplier coordination.
- Basic proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop procurement expertise.
- Good problem-solving skills and adaptability.
