Technically lead project activities, develop, and motivate engineering teams responsible for the Systems integration in IFS Systems team for Regional/Business Jet/General Aviation (BRGA) programs. You will be responsible for Systems Integration, integration of HW modules, coordination of builds between IFS systems, cross functional engineering teams and be a liaison between Honeywell team and customers focals on Systems integration. You will participate in all phases of program development and drive high impact growth projects.

Must Have

Responsibilities
Areas of Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements, implement integration solutions and generate target builds
- Lead Systems Integration, Systems testing activities of avionics solutions on Systems Integration Test benches
- Expertise in AFCS, FMS, Displays functions, systems integration activities and systems integration of various sub systems on target hardware
- Leading diagnostic testing, drive investigation to identify system inaccuracies, anomalies, or performance bottlenecks
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and has the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure

Must Have
- Bachelors or Masters in Electric/Electronics/Computers/Aerospace Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience working various application areas supporting avionics functions
- Experience working in systems integration of complex systems, systems test procedures and reviews.
- Proven systems engineering and integration expertise of Anthem systems and sub systems
- Expertise with integration various sub systems and modules on SITS bench by working with cross functional team.
- Possess good understanding of business objectives and more importantly the ability to interact with our customers (internal and external).
