You will report directly to our Trade Compliance Manager, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement trade compliance policies and procedures specific to HTS Classification.
- Maintain and update internal classification databases and trade records.
- Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Review technical data and material composition to accurately classify goods.
- Interpret CBP rulings, Explanatory Notes, and trade laws.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on trade compliance matters, including training and awareness programs
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 years of experience in trade compliance, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of import and export regulations.
- Experience in managing trade compliance programs, including classification and compliance audits.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and provide practical solutions.

- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customs authorities and regulatory agencies.

- Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong background in trade compliance and classification.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely compliance.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Ability to adapt to changing regulations and requirements, staying updated with industry trends and best practices
