You will report directly to our management team and you’ll work out of our South Bend, IN location on an on-site work schedule.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical and administrative support to engineering teams, including documentation control, data analysis, and project tracking.
- Execute engineering test plans, coordinating with necessary stakeholders and other support functions to achieve project objectives.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of engineering documentation, reports, and presentations to support the decision-making processes.
- Operate and oversee the maintenance of engineering equipment.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience supporting engineering teams in a manufacturing or aerospace environment, with a strong focus on technical coordination and project support.
- Knowledge of engineering documentation practices, data analysis, and project management principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with engineering software tools such as CAD viewers or PLM systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications to support effective communication and issue resolution.
- Ability to stack and load parts up to 35 lbs to set up tests and organize engineering material
- Strong electrical and/or mechanical background to be able to drive and coordinate equipment maintenance.
- Experience in aerospace or high-technology manufacturing environments.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory compliance in aerospace industry.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience using machine tools such as lathes, mills, etc. for sample preparation. CNC experience welcome.
