Join Us in Building Something That Matters

Honeysuckle Village ABA & Specialty Center is a new ABA clinic founded on one simple belief:

Every child deserves access to quality autism services close to home.

We are opening our doors to fill a tremendous need in Southwest Mississippi, where many families currently travel 30–60 minutes for ABA therapy. Our goal is to bring compassionate, evidence-based services into our community while creating a workplace where children, families, and staff feel valued.

This is not simply another BCBA position.

We are searching for someone who wants to become a true partner in building an exceptional ABA program from the ground up. We need someone who is passionate about helping children, enjoys mentoring staff, and wants to help shape the culture of a growing organization.

As our clinic grows, raises and compensation increases will occur quickly based on company growth, client census, and overall financial performance. We want our first BCBA to grow with us and be rewarded for helping build the practice.

What Makes This Position Different

We understand that our starting wage may be lower than some established clinics.

Because we are a startup, we are asking someone to join us for the mission—not just the paycheck.

In return, you will receive:

  • Starting pay of $40/hour
  • Rapid opportunities for raises as enrollment grows
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Direct input into clinic policies and procedures
  • Ability to help design the ABA program from the beginning
  • Leadership opportunities
  • Opportunity to become a long-term strategic business partner
  • Opportunity for future profit-sharing, bonuses, or ownership discussions based on long-term commitment and company success

If your heart is in serving children and helping build something lasting, we would love to meet you.
