Part-Time Prep/Line Cook | West Haven, CT | 15-20 hrs/week

We're looking for an Experienced Line Cook to join our team of culinary professionals who believe that food should be both functional and flavorful.

Schedule
- Saturday-7am-3:30pm
- Sunday- 5am - 1:30pm or 10am - 6:30pm
- Tuesday - 7am-3:30pm
- Monday morning Availability is a plus
What You'll Do
- Prepare, cook and pack hot and cold items to spec and scale
- Accurately follow recipes and prep lists
- Chop, dice, grill, marinate, season, and portion
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all kitchen areas
- Work collaboratively with a team that values hustle and quality
Who You Are
- 2 years of kitchen experience as a line cook
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- Creative and positive team player
- Food safety certified (or willing to be)
- Passionate about cooking and working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Reliable & on time
Compensation: $ $24.00 per hour
