- Maintain accurate medical records and patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and aseptic techniques.
- Utilize dental software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix for patient management and record keeping.
- Support the overall operation of the dental office, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for children.
Requirements
- Previous experience in dental assisting, particularly in a pediatric setting, is preferred.
- Proficiency in aseptic technique and infection control practices.
- Familiarity with dental software systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix is advantageous.
