Honeydew Sleep is a dynamic, rapidly expanding company specializing in high end sleep products. We are not just an e-commerce brand, but also a wholesaler with brick-and-mortar retail partners, as well as a manufacturing company with our factory and headquarters in Newbury Park, CA. As we continue to scale our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer and contribute to our ongoing success. We are interested in an individual who is eager to become a part of a very strong, united team with a common goal of innovation, growth, and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including responding to emails, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.

- Manage our project management software, keeping it updated and organized and assigning tasks to our respective teams inside the software.

- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other team members, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of tasks.

- Assist in managing our e-commerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment on Amazon and Shopify.

- Contribute to our marketing efforts by creating compelling copy for product descriptions, email campaigns, and social media content.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.

- Maintain spreadsheets and other records, both digitally and physically.

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of processes and systems.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

- Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role, preferably in an e-commerce setting.

- Strong working knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.

- Excellent copywriting skills for crafting engaging content and effective communication.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (or similar) and familiarity with project management tools.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to commute to either our factory location in Newbury Park or our satellite office in Camarillo 5 days a week.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field is preferred.

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
