What You’ll Do
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a licensed professional.
- Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Collect and record data on client progress using company systems.
- Collaborate with families, therapists, and educators to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Compassion, reliability, and a desire to help others.
- Ability to pass background checks and clearances.
- Drivers license
- Reliable transportation
Preferred:
- Experience as a DSP or working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with ABA principles (training provided if not).
Training
- Honeycomb ABA Therapy pays for your 40-hour RBT training course and training time.
