The Honey Baked Ham Company is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Production Team for the upcoming holiday season!Our production team is responsible for preparing our signature hams and turkeys for customers during our busiest time of year. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, staying active, and being part of a team.No previous experience is required!

We provide hands-on training before the holiday rush so our team members are prepared for our busiest weeks.

Job Responsibilities-

Glaze and prepare our signature Honey Baked Hams and turkeys.-

Wrap, package, weigh, and label finished products.-

Open boxes and unpack incoming products.-

Move, organize, and stock hams, turkeys, and supplies.-

Load and organize products in coolers and freezers.-

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.-

Assist with additional production tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For-

Dependable individuals who arrive on time and are ready to work.-

Ability to lift and move products weighing 40–50 lbs.-

Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks throughout a shift.- Willingness to work in refrigerated environments.-

Ability to follow food safety procedures and instructions.-

Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.-

No previous production experience necessary.

Seasonal Schedule & Availability

We will begin training team members ahead of the holiday season to prepare for our busiest production periods.

Availability during the two weeks leading up to Thanksgiving and Christmas is important for this position.

Scheduling and hours will be based on production needs, with increased opportunities to work during our peak holiday weeks.
