Honey Pot Treats is a Black-owned, majority women-owned, Asian-owned, and veteran-owned cannabis brand bringing microdosed, honey-based edibles to NYC dispensaries. We're in 44 locations and growing fast. We build real relationships — with our retail partners, our budtenders, and our customers — and we're looking for someone who does the same.
Role Description
This is a boots-on-the-ground sales role. You'll own our retail presence across NYC dispensaries — building relationships, training budtenders, improving our placement, and driving repeat orders. No desk required.

What You'll Own
- Weekly dispensary visits across NYC boroughs occasional upstate trips
- Budtender education and product training
- Shelf and menu placement
- Relationships with store managers and staff
- In-store sampling and activations
- Weekly reporting on what's working and what's not

Requirements
- Based in NYC
- Available for weekly in-person field work
- Reliable transportation across boroughs
