Adult Wellness & Pleasure Products | In-Office – Chino, CA | Full-Time

Honey Play Box (www.honeyplaybox.com) is an established adult wellness and pleasure-tech brand dedicated to enhancing intimacy through innovative, body-positive products and content. We are seeking a driven, self-motivated B2B Sales Representative to grow our wholesale and distribution partnerships across North and South America.


This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about wellness, modern intimacy, and relationship-driven sales, thrives on outbound outreach and new business development, and is comfortable working within the adult industry.


Please note: This is an in-office position based in Chino, CA. Remote candidates will not be considered. Occasional travel to industry retreats, trade shows, and partner events is required.


What You’ll Do


  • Proactively source, outreach, and qualify new B2B prospects
  • Develop, manage, and grow wholesale and distributor accounts
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through closing
  • Present products, pricing, and partnership programs to decision-makers
  • Represent the brand at industry retreats, trade shows, and networking events
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support growth
  • Manage all assigned business relationships across North & South America


What We’re Looking For


  • Bilingual English / Spanish strongly preferred
  • 2 years of experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, marketing, or account management
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with proactive outreach
  • Comfortable working in the adult wellness / pleasure product industry
  • Passion for wellness, intimacy, and body-positive products is a strong plus
  • Confident and professional in in-person business and event settings
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE) Commission

Expected Hours: 40 per week
