Key Responsibilities
- Measure, scale, and prepare ingredients accurately
- Mix batters, doughs, and mousses following established recipes
- Roll, shape, and form dough for a variety of baked goods (croissants, tarts, cookies, etc.)
- Operate ovens and adjust settings for optimal baking performance
- Assist in icing, glazing, and basic decorating of products
- Support cake decoration and finishing work as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow food safety procedures
- Help monitor inventory levels and manage ingredient rotation
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of baking experience preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
- Positive, team-oriented approach
- Valid Food Handler’s Card and eligibility to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required)
