About The Role
We’re hiring an energetic Recruiter to help source, interview, and hire exceptionally talented handymen nationally. You’ll partner closely with our current recruiting team, National Operations Lead, and CEO. In addition to daily recruiting activities, you’ll have the opportunity to improve our candidate experience and recruiting processes.

About The Role
We’re hiring an energetic Recruiter to help source, interview, and hire exceptionally talented handymen nationally. You’ll partner closely with our current recruiting team, National Operations Lead, and CEO. In addition to daily recruiting activities, you’ll have the opportunity to improve our candidate experience and recruiting processes.
Outcomes
- Run a recruiting process to hire 10 handymen per month across the country.
- Identify and implement new channels for sourcing, increasing quality applicants.
- Identify and implement new systems and processes to decrease the amount of time spent per new hire.
- Source candidates and screen resumes to keep a healthy, high-volume pipeline
- Communicate with candidates and ensure a smooth, positive experience
- Draft and maintain job postings across platforms (Ashby/Indeed/Craigslist/LinkedIn)
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and keep hiring managers aligned
- Maintain accurate candidate data and track funnel metrics
- Support offers and pre-hire logistics; help onboard new hires
- Implement new AI tools to scale recruiting efficiently
- Experience with AI-native tooling and implementation. For example, you found a new AI tool and plugged it into your workflow and massively increasing your efficiency.
- When you hit a roadblock or figure out how you can improve, you proactively take the initiative to communicate, solve it, and show others.
- You’ve been successful at high-volume sourcing, recruiting, or sales. You believe that if you relentlessly put in the effort, you’ll get great outcomes.
