Location: Williston, ND
Schedule: Weekday mornings and/or afternoons, seasonal blocks
Class Length: 45 minutes per session
Compensation: $20–$30/hour depending on experience and class type

Honey Frontier is a collaborative homeschool learning space offering seasonal enrichment classes for curious kids. We design hands-on, interest-led experiences that support families in creating joyful, flexible learning rhythms. Our current offerings include nature journaling, sensory-friendly theater, mindful movement, fairy tale logic, seasonal baking, makerspace, and parent-child connection hours.
We’re looking for creative, reliable educators to join our teaching team—people who love working with kids, enjoy building community, and bring their own spark to the classroom.

What You’ll Do
- Lead 45-minute enrichment classes for small groups of homeschool learners
- Collaborate with our team to design engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Communicate clearly with families about class expectations and updates
- Support a welcoming environment where kids feel safe to explore and connect
- Help with setup, cleanup, and gentle transitions between classes
We’d Love to Meet You If You…
- Have experience teaching or working with children (formal or informal)
- Are passionate about a subject—movement, baking, storytelling, nature, art, or hands-on making
- Enjoy working in flexible, creative environments
- Are reliable, communicative, and comfortable leading small groups
- Are open to seasonal or short-term teaching commitments
