Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse, located in Riverside, CA. The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, executing, and documenting care plans. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and care planning
- Proficiency in communication, patient education, and collaboration with healthcare teams
- Compassion, attention to detail, and an ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and compliance with state licensing requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Experience in electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
