- Provide professional makeup applications and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Build relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service and personalized beauty recommendations.
- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding company targets.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace following company and industry standards.
- Stay up to date on beauty trends, product knowledge, and Honey Cosmetics’ offerings.
- Support daily store operations including restocking, merchandising, and POS transactions.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — confident with client interactions.
