A Day in the Life
Our Dispatcher manages daily operations and helps forecast future needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Promptly addressing customer and employee requests, concerns, and complaints
- Maintaining safety standards per federal, state, and company policies
- Forecasting and communicating equipment needs
- Performing data entry and distributing reports
- Regularly improving route efficiency through ongoing adjustments
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong geographical knowledge
- Proven ability to improve route efficiencies through daily adjustments
- Proficiency in Outlook and Excel
- Full-time, year-round work with overtime opportunities
- Starting pay: $22.00–$25.00 DOE
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (shifts change to 10-hour days in our peak season, July & Aug).
- Mid Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
