Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, playful RBT who can think on their feet and who loves to have fun! If you are playful, energetic, and creative, we would love to have you on our team!
Honey Beehavior Analysis is a small, BCBA owned in-home ABA company in South Jordan, Utah. We value our employees and provide gentle, trauma-informed care to our clients.
As a Registered Behavior Technician with Honey Beehavior Analysis you will:
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
- Collect data and complete session notes daily
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors
- Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
- Other duties assigned
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you must:
- Have experience working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Be energetic and playful
- Be able to sit, stand, kneel, squat, stoop and bend
- Have a vehicle and valid drivers license
- Be willing to travel to clients homes (within 30 minutes of your home)
- Be prompt and reliable
- Be able to communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers and families
- Be able to pass a background check
