We’re a small, local cleaning business that treats every client like family. We’re looking for someone with a genuine servant heart—someone who truly cares about people, shows up with integrity, and wants to grow with us long-term. Integrity is huge for us. Our clients trust us in their homes, rely on us to be there, and need us to make their spaces feel welcoming and peaceful. We build schedules around school hours, and we work with you when family comes first. This isn’t a rigid full-time role—it’s steady, meaningful part-time work that fits your real life.
What you’ll do:
- Clean homes or offices professionally (dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, detail work)
- Occasionally handle light commercial cleaning (offices/small businesses)
- Work independently or alongside one other team member
- Bring care, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to every job
- You must have all your own cleaning supplies
- This is a 10-99 position
What we offer:
- Flexible scheduling that respects school hours and family needs
- 2-3 days/week (Fridays required for our busiest day)
- Competitive pay with growth opportunities as we grow
- Warm, supportive small-team
- Weekly Pay
- Chance to make a real difference for families who appreciate you
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation is a must (able to travel up to 1 hr 10 min)
- Must pass a background check (we cover the cost)
- Trustworthy, responsible, detail-oriented, and honest
- A servant heart—kind, caring, and committed to doing great work
- Pride in your work and willingness to grow with our company
- Cleaning experience is helpful but not required—we train the right person
If you have integrity, love serving others, take pride in a job well done, and want flexible work that honors your role as a mom, we’d love to meet you! Tell us a little bit about you!
