What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Camp Instructor position at Honey Art Academy?
PRIOR PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE WITH CHILDREN REQUIRED
NOT an art related position. Purely academics.
Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in early childhood education, and childhood development
- Create a positive and nurturing learning environment for students
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles
- Implement behavior management techniques to promote a positive classroom environment
- Provide individualized support and tutoring to students as needed
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and educational programs
Requirements:
- Experience working with students in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage student behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students
