Role Description
We’re looking for a full-time(remote or hybrid in Long Beach CA)friendly, tech-minded Customer Service Technical Support Rep to help our customers after the sale. You’ll be the go-to contact for clients who have questions about setup, usage, or troubleshooting their charging stations and lockers. You’ll also handle service requests, replacement parts, and follow-ups after installs.
