What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media and Marketing Manager position at Honest Realty Group, INC?
You are responsible for turning Instagram into a listing acquisition engine.
Not likes. Not vanity metrics. Listings and buyers.
Our brand mission is simple:
We charge 1.5% listing fee and protect seller equity.
We need a marketer who can communicate that unique story visually and consistently.
What You Do (Weekly Outputs)
- Plan and execute weekly IG content calendar
- Film agents, listings, community events, client stories, etc.
- Create 3–5 reels/week (growth storytelling)
- Create 1–2 carousels/week (education offer)
- Manage comments, DMs, and micro-engagement using hashtags/geotags
- Track metrics: impressions → profile visits → link clicks → leads → appointments
- Report KPIs every Monday morning
KPIs (You are measured by quantifiable results)
- Qualified leads generated per month
- Listing appointments booked from IG leads
- Net follower growth per week
- Reels save/share ratio (brand recognition metric)
If you don’t drive leads, the content isn’t working.
Autonomy
You have creative control.
We approve final posts to protect brand integrity.

- Kittl (design)
- Professional editing support (optional)
- Access to agents listings for filming
Required Skills (Non-negotiable)
- Proven Instagram growth results (must show portfolio)
- Ability to film and direct short-form content (not just templates)
- Understand how to convert reach → conversations → appointments
- Strong storytelling intuition
Screening Questions (required)
- Link two Instagram accounts you grew. Include before/after metrics.
- Link one reel you personally filmed and directed.
- Briefly explain your process for converting IG traffic into leads.

Compensation
- $1,000/month base
- 5% commission on listings generated from Instagram
- Range displayed on really: $1,000 – $3,000/month (base performance)
Performance = earning.
