The Role
As an HVAC Installer, you install new heating and cooling systems the right way: removing old equipment, setting new units to spec, and making sure every installation is safe, clean, and built for long-term performance. You follow the Honest Fix installation process on every job and take pride in the details.
Pay
- $16/hour without EPA 608 certification
- $20/hour with EPA 608 certification
- Up to $30/hour based on experience
EPA 608 is the federal certification required to handle refrigerant. Don't have it yet? Once you're hired, Honest Fix pays for your exam.

What You Bring
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Good communication with homeowners and teammates
- A willingness to learn (experience helps, but it isn't required)
- EPA 608 certification preferred, not required
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to lift heavy equipment daily
Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
