Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional paid childcare experience
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Comfortable completing a background check
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
• Passion for child development and creating engaging environments for children

Preferred Experience

• Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and/or school-aged children
• Professional nanny, daycare, preschool, teaching assistant, newborn care, or related childcare experience
• Ability to adapt to various family dynamics and parenting styles
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred for some positions)

Potential Responsibilities May Include

• Providing attentive and developmentally appropriate childcare
• Creating engaging activities and routines for children
• Assisting with children’s meals, hygiene, and daily schedules
• Maintaining open and professional communication with parents
• Supporting children’s emotional, social, and educational development
• Light child-related household tasks depending on the family’s needs

This is an open application posting for future nanny opportunities. Position schedules, responsibilities, locations, and compensation will vary based on each family’s individual needs and the nanny’s experience and availability.

Qualified candidates selected to move forward will participate in our screening and interview process prior to being considered for family placements.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
