Job Description
Honest Air & Refrigeration Experts is seeking a dependable, motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We service residential and commercial HVAC systems, as well as commercial refrigeration equipment. We’re looking for someone with strong troubleshooting skills who takes pride in quality workmanship and provides excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Explain repairs and recommendations to customers professionally
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience preferred (commercial refrigeration experience is a plus)
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record REQUIRED
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions REQUIRED

Schedule

Pay
$25.00–$34.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Pay: $20.00 - $34.00 per hour
