Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Supervise, train, and support warehouse team members to meet performance and productivity goals.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper documentation of inbound and outbound materials.
- Coordinate workflow, staffing, and task assignments to maintain operational efficiency.
- Promote and enforce safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance coaching as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors, and increase efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and leadership regarding operational needs.
- Support equipment and facility upkeep by reporting issues and coordinating follow-up actions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory operations.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Working knowledge of warehouse processes, safety practices, and inventory control.
- Ability to use warehouse systems, RF scanners, and basic computer applications.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to solve problems, make sound decisions, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
